Garlic Chicken

A delicious chicken meal that will be loved by you

ingredient

Chicken 1 lb, boneless & cubed, marinated in ginger garlic paste & salt
Ketchup 1 cup
Tomato Puree ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Green Chilies 2
Onion 1, cubed
Black Peppercorn 8-10
Mustard powder/paste ½ tsp
Soya Supreme cooking oil ½ cup
Capsicum 1, cut into cubes
Green Onions 2-3
Round Red Chilies 8-10
Curry Leaves

Method:

  • Except for chicken, blend all of the above ingredients in a blender, into a smooth paste.
  •  In a pan, take 2 tbsp of Soya Supreme cooking oil, sauté the chicken & then add the blended mixture & cook till chicken almost tender.
  • Separately, prepare the bhagaar of curry leaves & chilies & add it to the mixture.
  •  Sauté the veggies in Soya Supreme Cooking Oil and add in the end.
  •  Serve hot with steamed rice.
