Sweet Samosas

A wonderful sweet treat

ingredient

Samosa Strips 30
Soya Supreme Cooking Oil/ Banaspati for frying

For Filling

Soya Supreme Banaspati 1 tbsp
Semolina 100 grams
Khoya 100 grams
Coconut Powder 50 grams
Raisins 25 grams
Powdered Almonds 25 grams
Cardamom 10 grams, crushed
Sugar powdered to taste

Method:

  •  Heat Soya Supreme Banaspati & sauté the semolina & then add the khoya till light brown.
  •  Mix all the ingredients.
  •  Make samosas and fry.
