Egg White

Sugar
½ Kg
Cream Cheese
400 gm
Icing Sugar
100 gm
Gelatin
40 gm
Water
1 Cup
Whipped Cream
2 Kg
Coffee Syrup
200 gm
Sugar
4 Cups
Vanilla Sponge
Cocoa Powder
For Sprinkling
Method:
Whisk egg white and sugar together.
Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
Mix the above mentioned mixture with each other (No. 1 & No. 2)
Add the soaked gelatin in above mixture.
Fold the whipped cream in the above ready mixture (No. 1, 2, & 3).
Bed the sponge
Put on coffee syrup (4 cup sugar syrup + 200 gm Coffee)
Add all the ready mixture on the bed of sponge.
Sprinkle the Cocoa Powder on top and make the portion and serve it.
