Honey Mustard Salad

The perfect balance of sweet and sour in a salad


Green Olives 1 cup
Cottage Cheese 1 cup squared
Cucumber ½ cup squared
Onion 1 cup cut into rings
Tomatoes 1 cup squared
Croutons or Roasted Peanuts 1 cup
Apples 1 cup squared


Soya Supreme Cooking Oil ¾ cup
White Vinegar ¼ cup
Mustard 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Mixed Herbs 2 tbsp
Coriander 2tbsp, freshly chopped
Mint Leaves 2tbsp, freshly chopped
Black Pepper 1 tbsp, freshly crushed
Salt as per taste


  • Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and shake well.
  •  Pour over all the vegetables & fruits except the croutons/roasted peanuts and refrigerate.
  •  Before serving, top with crispy croutons/roasted peanuts.
