Supply Chain

Production

A state of the art production facility is the reason that APAG products are trusted and loved by all. Expert extraction and blending technology and innovative packaging ensure that only the purest and highest quality oil and banaspati reaches your home.

Investing in a state-of-the-art Fractionation Plant from Belgium has given the Company leverage to produce large quantities of trans-free fats.

It can now separate olein and super-olein from the original source of palm oil, a facility no other edible oil company in Pakistan can offer.

APAG is one of the few edible oil and banaspati units in South Asia that processes Soya Supreme Cooking Oil and Banaspati at 255° centigrade using Ultra High Temperature (UHT) heating system & continuous deodorization. Other manufacturers use batch deodorizing with conventional heating systems which process oil only up to 180° centigrade.

With a strong focus on R&D, the Company has continuously invested in product development to meet the evolving needs of the consumers.

We have qualified and experienced QA staff and fully equipped testing laboratories that meets the requirements of International Quality Standards.

QA has the most important role to ensure best quality products to the customers. Starting from raw material to finished products every step is ensured to yield the best quality.

R&D play vital role in developing new products and in continuous improvement in existing products. We have a fully equipped R&D lab in which research activities are continuously performed under supervision of qualified & skilled professionals.
