Mr. Ahmad Aziz Ghulamhussain has been associated with APAG since 1990 and has been serving as Chief Executive Officer since 2017, bringing over three decades of involvement with the Company.
He was a driving force behind the launch of Soya Supreme in 1991, which has since evolved into one of Pakistan's longstanding brands in the edible oil sector.
Under his leadership as CEO, the Company has grown revenues from PKR 8 billion to PKR 18 billion while strengthening gross margins through disciplined cost management and strategic importation of crude oil feedstock.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Southern California, USA. Earlier in his career, he worked at the City Economic Development Office under the Mayor of Los Angeles.
In addition to his role at APAG, he serves as an Independent Director at Faran Sugar Mills Limited and is Chairman of the Audit Committee and HR & Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Amyn holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame, an MA from the University of New South Wales, and a PhD from the University of Western Sydney.
He joined Agro Processors and Atmospheric Gases Ltd. (APAG) in 2013 and has since played a pivotal role in strengthening corporate governance, professionalizing organizational processes, and driving business diversification and driving digital transformation. He led APAG’s 2015 transition from legacy software to ERP, This digital transformation journey was further strengthened with the initiation of SAP-based systems in 2025, which were successfully implemented in January 2026.
Mr. Amyn also spearheaded the launch of SMART Sauces and Soya Supreme Olive Cooking Oil, expanding APAG’s consumer product portfolio. He further strengthened the export business, growing Banaspati and margarine exports to 6,000 tons annually.
He also played a key role in restructuring import strategies, contributing to a stronger bottom line and improved profitability for the Company.
He currently serves as General Manager Finance & Operations at Agro Processor & Atmospheric Gases Limited (APAG), where he oversees Finance, HR & Administration, Internal Audit, and IT functions. In this capacity. Beyond his core finance and operational leadership responsibilities, he plays a pivotal role as SAP (Business One) Project Director, spearheading ERP implementation, process automation, and digital transformation programs to enhance efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Also, he is an associate member of Cost and Management Accountant of Pakistan (ACMA).
Mr. Adnan Owais is also serving as Company Secretary at Agro Processor & Atmospheric Gases Limited (APAG), ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices, while supporting the Board of Directors in strategic decision-making. His professional experience spans multiple sectors including manufacturing, textiles, retail, and FMCG, with prior roles at leading organizations such as Soorty Enterprises, Habitt, Habib Oil Mill and Gul Ahmed Textile. His expertise includes financial planning & analysis, cost optimization, ERP implementation SAP, internal controls, compliance, and corporate reporting.
Mr. Shoaib Butt is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across FMCG, edible oil, and industrial sectors. He built his expertise with leading organizations including English Biscuits, Dalda Foods, IFFCO Pakistan, Shangrilla Foods, and Shujabad Agro Industries. This diverse background gave him deep commercial acumen and strong insight into Pakistan’s dynamic marketplace.
As General Manager Sales at APAG, he provides strategic and operational leadership for consumer, bulk, industrial, and commercial divisions. He owns the overall sales strategy, manages large-scale distribution networks, and drives consistent revenue growth and ROI across all business segments. He is known for building high-performance sales teams.
His core expertise spans competitive analysis, brand development, channel management, and distributor relationship management. Mr. Shoaib’s leadership approach aligns business objectives with market realities, enabling APAG to achieve sustained market expansion, stronger brand visibility, and measurable revenue growth.
Najiyeh Akbar is an accomplished Senior Marketing Specialist with over 19 years of experience in the FMCG, Retail, and Tech sectors. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing & MIS) from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration.
Najiyeh began her professional journey with Philip Morris International and has since held leadership roles at renowned companies including Samsung Electronics and APAG Ltd.
She also co-founded the digital startup 24Grey Pvt Ltd, which revolutionized the OOH advertising industry with a pioneering B2B SaaS platform.
With expertise in advertising, communication, digital marketing, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies, she has consistently driven brand growth, captured market share, and propelled businesses to new heights in competitive industries.
Mr. Zubair Ghayur is the Head of Technical and Supply Chain with 15 years of multifaceted experience in R&D, Production, and Supply Chain management. He holds an MBA in Industrial Management and a Master’s in Food Science & Technology, and is also an FSSC 22000 certified Food Safety Professional (IRCA).
Mr. Zubair leads the Research and Development function, determining the company’s product and process innovation, while ensuring seamless production, efficiency optimization, cost control, and delivery of projects.
He also oversees end-to-end supply chain processes, maintaining high standards across factory operations and supply chain management. His leadership ensures operational excellence and drives continuous improvement throughout the organization.
