Investing in a state-of-the-art Fractionation Plant from Belgium has given the Company leverage to produce large quantities of trans-free fats.

It can now separate olien and super-olien from the original source of palm oil, a facility no other edible oil company in Pakistan can offer.

AGAP is one of the few edible oil and banaspati units in South Asia that processes Soya Supreme Cooking Oil and Banaspati at 255° centigrade using Ultra High Temperature (UHT) heating system & continuous deodorization. Other manufacturers use batch deodorizing with conventional heating systems which process oil only up to 180° centigrade.
