Italian Mousse

A wonderful sweet treat...


Eggs 2 separated
Butter 1 tbsp
Chocolate 250 gms
Cream 1 packet
Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
Caster Sugar 1-1/2 tbsp


  • Separate the egg yolks & whites.
  • Beat the whites separately till stiff.
  • In a pan, melt the butter, add the chocolate, sugar & cocoa powder & mix well.
  • Now add the cream and remove from stove.
  • Once it’s lukewarm, mix in the yolks & gently add in the whites.
  • Refrigerate
  • Serve topped with extra cream or grated chocolate or both!
