Spicy Dry Beef

Perfect recipe for beef lovers


Beef Fillet 280 grams
Onion sliced 30 grams
Carrots 30 grams
Capsicum 30 grams
Five Spices powder 30 grams
Corn Flour 5 grams
Chili Paste 30 grams
Garlic 6 grams
Spring Onions 10 grams
Chopped Onions 15 grams
Soya Supreme Cooking oil 30 ml


  •  Cut the beef fillet into shreds, then use salt, water and corn flour to marinate it.
  •  Clean the vegetables and cut into julienne.
  •  Heat Soya Supreme Cooking oil in a wok and fry the shredded beef fillet till cooked and crispy. Drain out the oil and keep aside  for use.
  •  Add Soya Supreme cooking oil in the wok and fry the garlic and chopped spring onion till fragrant. Then add the chili paste  and vegetables and keep stirring for another half a minute. Then add the beef, spice powder and salt and mix well.p>
  •  Garnish and serve with rice.
