Waffle With Maple Syrup

Sugar 75 ml
Flour 600 gm
Baking Powder 1×1/2 Tea spoon
Salt ½ Tea spoon
Cooking Butter 110 gm
Egg White 5 no
Egg Yolk 5 no
Milk 700 ml
Soya supreme cooking oil 100 ml
Vanilla essence Few Drops
Maple Syrup 180 ml


  • Pre heat the waffle Machine 250c’
  • Separate the egg yolk & white
  •  Stain the flour and baking powder together
  •  Melt the butter
  •  Beat the egg yolk with milk sugar and salt together then add the flour and melted butter in the last beat the egg with and fold with the mixture and add the vanilla essence oil the waffle machine and pour the mixture in it and bake for two minutes served with maple syrup.
